MISSION
The fundamental and unwavering mission of Hobbs Homecare LLC is to be the leading provider of ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services) in underserved communities of color in Minneapolis and St. Paul metro areas.
Specifically, we promote better client wellbeing with improved psychosocial functionality with better occupational, educational and housing stability and thus contribute to overall progressive impact on the individual and community health.
Our ARMHS Clinical Supervisor are mental health professionals offering compassionate, nonjudgmental and values-neutral treatment services to adults under the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program.
The potential applicant will provide rehabilitative services to adults with significant mental impairments by providing a supportive and professional mental care and instruction for maintaining psychosocial stabilization, improving upon social competencies and skills with lasting management and enhanced wellness from debilitating mental disorders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Development of a Diagnostic Assessment of clients with actionable recovery goals.
Supervise MHPs and Peer Support Specialists.
Provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services meeting all Minnesota DHS and Medicaid requirements.
Tutor skills for mental health wellness & relapse management.
Development of dedicated and disciplined recovery goals and wellness objectives with client centeredness as a primary concern.
Oversee compliance with Federal, State & Local privacy and confidentiality in treatment records and services.
Interact with a wide assortment of other professionals and stakeholders such as rehab personnel, clients’ families, medical staff, and county case staff( interactions need not be in- person).
Mandatory but infrequent staff meetings are required
Maintain a compassionate, non-judgemental, and values-neutral close therapeutic relationship with client and team.
Under supervision of our ARMHS Lead Clinical Treatment Supervisor provide appropriate clinical interventions.
Attend staff meetings and participate in team-based decisions regarding all clients and services.
Maintain client files, update client files, and treatment plans a minimum of once every 1 month, and do all required documentation as specified in DHS guidelines.
Take accurate case notes in each session for each billable unit using the Procentive EHR system.
Must be ready to provide services in multiple locations and be willing to travel
Maintain a high spiritedness, positive attitude, self-starterness, and respectful professional relationships with clients, management, public and staff.
Awareness of legal, client, organizational and community trust and personal reputational sensitivities for unprofessional conduct unbecoming of the highest standards of Hobbs.
Offer referrals to other health practitioners, clinics, rehabs, organizations or NGOs on available community resources.
Mental Health Practitioners will report to our ARMHS Executive Manager.
In sum, Clinical Supervisors will be a dedicated and motivated provider of treatment plans that are psychofunctionally restorative and train the client for the identification, prevention, and management of relapse triggers and negative emotionality for enhanced wellbeing, psychiatric stability, emotional and personal adaptations, development of social skills and competencies enhancement, and awareness of the impact of environmental and social factors on the individual’s mental state, and with the objective of an independent orientation and living skills.
Thoroughout the treatment period specialists will also be alert to and provide a supportive and compassionate approach to reduce risk factors to being admitted to a more restrictive service setting without these services.
The agency provides services to clients in the Twin Cities metro areas.

Qualifications
Must meet Minnesota DHS qualifications for Clinical Supervisors in one of the following ways:
Clinical nurse specialist in mental health
Licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW)
Licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT)
Licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC)
Nurse practitioner with psychiatric specialty (NP)
***Plus, at least 3+ months of experience in providing ARMHS or mental health services, including working with vulnerable adults.

Job Duties
Implement a patient’s Diagnostic Assessment needs, with treatment recovery plan and other needs carefully executed, and remedy any potential barriers to a successful transition into the community.

Educational Requirements
Experience in the mental health field preferably in ARMHS, with any of the following qualifications.
30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields and at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in mental, substance use or disability health
4,000 hours of supervised experience in mental illness, substance abuse or disability care.
2,000 hours in mental health, substance use, disability health but with prior Mental Health Professional supervision of at least 2-year experience.
Bachelors or Masters in behavioral sciences with completed internship

Work Experience
1+ year(s) of accumulated experience within the last five (5) years
Vulnerable adults care experience is preferred.
Previous experience working in diverse and multicultural settings
Extensive knowledge of community and government resources for vulnerable adults, mentally challenged individuals and families
Must function with a high degree of independence, self-supervision and possession of excellent communication skills
Be problem solver with a good understanding of the interactions of mental care, healthcare and social care continuum to maximize good outcomes and possess the ability to solve complex problems
Basic computer skills desired, include: Word, Outlook, Excel
